Below you can find a list of some of my favorite mental health resources - courses I've taken, podcasts I love, my favorite meditations and, of course, some of my favorite places to buy diamond paintings, which have been a huge part of my own healing process. While these are all things that have helped me, we are all unique, and if you are struggling with your own mental health, I urge you to reach out to a professional as soon as possible.
